Practicum Experience: Students are required to complete two student teaching experiences (6 credits). Students who are on DSAP (Durational Shortage Permit) are advised on an individual basis regarding student teaching requirements.
Note: Students who do not have an educational background or who have not taken an introductory special education course will take EDH 510: Theoretical Foundations of Children and Adults with Special Needs concurrently with their first course in the program.
